Ceramic Café

Let's play with clay! Part of our Art-for-All series. On Thursdays 5 to 9 pm.

Clay | Tools | Glazes | Inspiration | Community

The fall session opens October 10, 2024 and will close November 21, seven weeks to focus on holiday creations! All are welcome to attend!

We meet at the Questa Family & Youth Center art room, next to the Questa Library, at 10 Municipal Park Drive on Thursdays from 5 to 9 pm. It’s an “open studio” format, so you can come and go within those hours as you please. You can be self-guided, or get help from Ceramic Cafe host, Anna. Those under age 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.

If you are a returning clay-player, have been in the Cafe before and want to make a certain volume of stuff, we ask that you pay for your own bag of clay. Glazing and advice are still free!

We will again open again for the spring session, January – April (to re-invite creativity through springtime).

Questa Creative Council seeks to strengthen and sustain community enrichment and economic opportunities through arts, culture, history, and education.

Our Vision

We will enhance opportunities to build cooperation among artists, artisans, cultural creatives and community members. We will help build a beneficial future while nurturing, sustaining or reviving traditional and contemporary creative pursuits.
