In the form below, please sign up for one of the following teams.

We have a tiny staff, a small board, and cannot do all that is needed to host a fabulous tour! Your help is paramount to the Questa Art Tour’s success! (You may enlist family/friends to help you out.)

• Sign Team – (a truck is a plus, but not necessary, and you may do some or all of this!) On Mon/Tues, Aug 3-4, pick up signs at designated location and erect around tour route from Questa to Colorado border area. On Fri., Aug 7th, erect hub numbers and feather flags at all stops. You will be provided specific instructions of where to put all of this! Collect all signage on Mon., Aug 10, and return to designated drop-off location.
• Canvassing Team – to be done mid-late July. Distribute art tour fliers and/or map-brochures to various locations including: Visitors Centers, RV Parks, Motels/Hotels, Community Boards, Post Offices, Tourist Hot Spots etc… Each committee member will be responsible for a designated canvassing area. (Questa, Red River, Taos, southern Colorado, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Ojo/Abiqui, Alamosa). You will create/maintain a list of businesses/ stores/places canvassed with/without success. A list of suggested locations will be provided.
• Sponsorship Team – Deliver posters to our local sponsors, tape to windows for them, and thank them profusely! (sponsors located from Questa into southern Colorado
• Clerical Team – support Project Mgr with misc. chores, for ex. assembling info packets for hub hosts, etc.
